Chervix Studios ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Bingo Caller mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your choices regarding that information.
By using Bingo Caller, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Bingo Caller is designed to work fully offline for gameplay. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not directly collect your name, email address, or any personally identifying information.
However, the App uses third-party services that may automatically collect certain technical information, described below.

Your selected app theme and basic game progress (such as games played count) are stored locally on your device using Android's DataStore. This information is never transmitted to us or any third party and is automatically deleted if you uninstall the App.
Bingo Caller displays advertisements through Google AdMob to support free access to the App. These ads may be personalized based on your interests, using your device's Advertising ID. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your device settings:
Bingo Caller is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details below so we can take appropriate action.
We do not operate our own servers that store user data. Data collected by AdMob and Firebase is retained according to Google's own data retention policies, which are generally limited to periods necessary for the stated purposes (advertising, crash reporting, and analytics).
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete information associated with your device. Since we do not directly collect personal data, requests regarding advertising or analytics data should generally be directed to Google via the Google Ads Settings linked above.
